We are a primarily telehealth practice, serving clients in Delaware and North Carolina. However we do offer Walk and talk therapy sessions in Charlotte, North Carolina. These sessions combine the benefits of movements and nature with therapeutic conversation- perfect for clients who prefer a more active, outdoor setting.

Yes We accept insurance for INDIVIDUAL TELEHELATH THERAPY SESSIONS. We partner with Headway to make using your insurance seamless. WALK THERAPY SESSIONS, however, are SELF- PAY and are not billable through insurance.

We accept a range of plans through Headway, including ( Blue Cross Blue Shield NC, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare.

Walk and talk sessions are only available in Charlotte, NC at this time. If you’re outside the area, we’d love to work with you through our secure telehealth sessions.

Yes. Supporting clients living with chronic illness- like MS, Leukemia, Autoimmune conditions, and more- is a core part of our work at The Purple Elephant Collective. We understand the emotional, physical and identity challenges that can come with managing your health and we tailor our sessions to support your unique journey.

Absolutely! In addition to traditional talk therapy, we incorporate creative and integrative methods tailored to each client. This can include guided journaling, mindfulness, body-based practices and narrative therapy- helping you process and in ways that resonate with your personal style.
