The Purple Elephant Wellness Collective is a therapy and wellness practice grounded in authenticity, accessibility, and empowerment. We support individuals (ages 18+) through individual and couples therapy, walk-and-talk sessions, and community-centered programming. Our services center women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folx, and those navigating chronic illness, trauma, and life transitions.
We’re not just here to treat symptoms—we’re here to help people reclaim their stories, reconnect with themselves, and find healing in ways that feel right for them. Whether it’s one-on-one therapy or collaborating with local organizations, we’re creating space for growth, voice, and liberation.

I’m Courtney, a licensed therapist and the heart behind The Purple Elephant Wellness Collective . I bring a down-to-earth, compassionate, and culturally rooted approach to therapy. As a Black woman living with chronic illness, I understand firsthand the importance of safe spaces that honor the full complexity of who we are. My mission is to help people heal with honesty, dignity, and intention—whether we’re seated in session, walking a trail, or creating something meaningful together.
